Refunds
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. However, you must send photos proving damage or manufacturing error.
Once we have received and inspected your photos, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.
Please note returns and exchanges are not supported if wrong size or color was ordered.
Shipping
We can ship worldwide except to: North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine.
